During the first boot, tcpsvcs.exe will crash. lsass.exe terminates during shutdown or logoff leading to a restart. The Imaging program has been updated reflecting the takeover of Wang by Kodak. Microsoft Fax is no longer installed by default, along with its associated Control Panel applets being removed. 
Both applets were removed towards the beta 2 in favor of a HTML-based one. There is also an option to upgrade a program, however it is grayed out. There is a new Add/Remove Programs Control Panel applet, which - unlike the original one ( APPWIZ.CPL) - is a wizard with options to add, remove and repair a program.
